Nikola Tesla (ニコラ・テスラ, Nikora Tesura) was a Contactee searching for the Black Knight satellite over a hundred years ago. Tesla was sure that by thinking in terms of energy, frequencies and vibrations, and knowing the magnificence of numbers 3, 6 and 9, one would find the secrets of the universe. Those were his means to contact the Observers.

The Holy Office 5/13 took the Key to the Universe from Tesla, and he died before he could retrieve it. The key is able to communicate with the Black Knight satellite, however, communication comes after establishing contact with it. Even though Tesla succeeded in creating the Key to the Universe, he was unable to reach area Beyond the Load Region. Consequently, he had to abandon his endeavor to establish contact with the Black Knight. He didn't met the conditions to be observed by the Black Knight in real time, which resulted in his failure to reach the said area.

How Tesla wanted to get Beyond the Load Region

Numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8 normally keep the dimensions within and maintain a harmony. But under certain special conditions, there can be a perfect harmony that causes an endless loop. This loop contains the number 3 and 6, and within it, energy moves back and forth between those points. When the energy created by this movement reaches 9, we have an energy conversion. This is what is called “vortex math” — and what is generated here is perpetual motion, free energy.

Liddie Kumar and Nonoka Hosho were using this base to create a free energy transformer that doesn't generate heat. Such a device would require greater processing with every loop, but would theoretically generate infinitely high frequency and voltage. Using math to unravel quantum mechanics reveals a perfect harmony. In a physical world, a perfect harmony like this would be impossible. Even though this idea is theoretically correct, environmental factors and such prevent it from being proven. But since the world is digital, such restrictions no longer apply. Free energy transformer — the Vortex Coil — should work.

By using Vortex Coil, it becomes possible to create a temporary distortion in the world. It would exist for a mere fraction of a second, but during that brief moment, a small rift would be created in the world within person's field of view. Doing that with addition of being observed by the Black Knight satellite in real time, would allow one to reach the area Beyond the Load Region.
